All birth control methods have to be taken before you have sex (condom, hormonal patches or ring, etc.). And for the cons: it could be difficult to live something against your values; you are not able to support her and that’s it. At the end, apart from your frustration that your sister does not make the choice you would have made, what else is there between the two of you? Any relationships? Good moments? Friendship?
